Show attire, raffle, swag bag, and set up info:

Set up: Saturday Nov. 3^rd. 6:30-9pm or Sunday 9:30-10:15. All tables must be set no later than 10:15am.

Raffle item: Must provide a raffle item valued at $100.00. Vendors are responsible for their own raffle. You will encourage brides to register to win. This is how you will receive leads from show. Many vendors have a fish bowl for raffles or have an excel spreadsheet for brides to write their name, wedding date, and contact info. You will select and contact winner. The bride lead list is only given to diamond sponsors. If interested let me know I will send you form to complete. Charitable donation of $250 gets you access and bride lead list all weekend and more. $150 gets your information in SWAG bags all weekend.

Donated items, Magazines and Champagne sponsors: Please drop off materials no later than Saturday 8pm. SWAG BAGS will be put together that evening. Any diamond vendors planning on placing items in the bags will also need to bring materials by that time as well.

Brides Against Breast Cancer is a national nonprofit organization that travels to 70 cities annually on the original Nationwide Tour of Gowns Sale. Proceeds from the gown sales to help those impacted by cancer, their family members and caregivers.  We have all the top designer gowns from size 0-30 with savings up to 85%. We are so grateful to have found Nancy through the Bronx Zoo. She was a pleasure to work with and provided her expertise by handling the flowers, decor and day of coordination. From the biggest task to the smallest detail, Nancy delivered on it all. The bouquets were gorgeous and so were the three different centerpieces she created. We loved the fact that she really worked with us to come up with some terrific and creative options. No small feat given we had an interfaith and multicultural ceremony. Her added touch with wedding bling on our cake was perfection! We hope to be able to work with her again in the future.

Words can not express the quality of service and presentation that
 Nancy Swiezy displayed. She is extremely talented and gifted! All
 of our consultations with her were prompt and professional. 
She spent the maximum amount of time with us and we never felt rushed.
 Nancy is a true artist and all of her suggestions were spot on.
 Nancy made our flowers more incredible than we could have ever imagined!
 When the wedding day came, our ceremony, bouquets, and centerpieces were absolutely perfect.

Working with Nancy was great! She went above and beyond our expectations. She really picked up on our theme, and added so 
many touches to it that we could not have accomplished without her. 
We also hired her for the day of our wedding to stay for the whole event

Nancy helped us make our day so special. She understood our need
 to have a sophisticated but festive time, the decor was gorgeous and 
out of the box creative (light house on the front table with personalized
 compasses to indicate table seating.) Nancy managed all the details, 
created breathtaking floral arrangements (at flower market prices)
 and found the perfect topper for our wedding cake. S
